Other Classes & WorkshopsThe Albuquerque Teachers Federation offers a variety of professional development opportunities. You can participate in anything from two-hour workshops to semester-long courses for college credit. Many of our classes and workshops are based on the American Federation of Teachers' Educational Research & Dissemination (ER&D) professional development programs.

Topics include Classroom Management, Education Foundations, Managing Anti-Social Behavior, Thinking Math and more. Members can attend most workshops at no cost, and longer courses at a reduced cost.
